Hubhide VPN provides digital services, access to which is granted immediately after successful payment. By purchasing a service or topping up the balance, the user agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. General Refund Conditions

The service is considered provided from the moment access to the VPN is granted (including issuing configuration files or crediting funds to the account balance).

Refunds are not provided except in cases explicitly stated in this Policy.

3. Account Balance

All funds credited to the account balance are used to pay for services and are not refundable or exchangeable for monetary funds.

4. No Refund After Usage

• No refund is provided if the user has received access to the service and started using it.
• No refund is provided if the service has been partially or fully delivered.
• No refund is provided if the service works properly but does not meet user expectations.

5. Technical Issues

If the user is unable to use the service due to technical issues (for example, the VPN configuration does not work), they must contact support.

You can contact support via email or Telegram bot.

The user must provide the information necessary to diagnose the issue.

We take reasonable measures to resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved and access to the service was not actually provided, a refund may be issued.

• No refund is provided if the issue is related to the user’s device.
• No refund is provided if the issue is caused by the internet provider or network restrictions.
• No refund is provided due to restrictions from third-party services.
• No refund is provided in case of incorrect setup or misuse of the service by the user.

6. Erroneous Payments

In case of an erroneous or duplicate payment, the user may contact support.

The request can be submitted via email or Telegram bot.

Such requests are reviewed individually. A refund is only possible if the service has not been used.

7. Subscriptions and Renewal

• Subscription renewal occurs automatically using the account balance.
• The user is responsible for monitoring service usage and available balance.
• Refunds for already renewed periods are not provided.

8. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests are processed exclusively through customer support.

To request a refund, the user must contact support@hubhide.com or via Telegram: @HubHide_Support_Bot, providing account details and a description of the issue.

A refund request is considered valid only after contacting support.

The request review period may take up to 5 business days.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is considered a violation of the service terms.

In such cases, access to the account may be restricted or permanently terminated.

10. Policy Changes

Hubhide VPN reserves the right to modify this Policy without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
